New interface for the European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI)

New interface 4 for the European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI) will be available soon!

The existing EGDI system will be taken to a new level by transforming the current Data infrastructure into a knowledge infrastructure. EGDI is and will become event more a fundamental element of the future Geological Service for Europe, supporting the delivery of knowledge to policy makers and other stakeholders.

Our team (with colleagues from GEUS, GeoZS - Geological Survey of Slovenia, TNO and Institute of Geology and Mineral Exploration (IGME)) worked very closely with UX specialists and end users, to make the platform more intuitive, usable and tailored around its users' needs.
